Virginia really is for haters

Chris wanted to convince his family that Virginia wasn\\\’t where they should be going on their little vacation. Unable to find the evidence for himself, he wrote me asking for some online guidance. I told him about virginiaisforhaters.org, only we discovered in the process that the site is no longer online. The site went up right after Virginia passed the most restrictive anti-gay marriage legislation in the country. Where did it go? Apparently it was forced offline "by unknown anti-gay groups." They apparently suffered not one but two denial-of-service attacks. Crazy, eh?Anyway, Chris did have some good words for Queer Day too "Keep up the good fight — despite living in the quasi-homosexual bubble of Manhattan, Queerday is the best place for me to get news from around the country (and world)." Thanks Chris!
