Gay marriage receives second blow in Latvia

Latvia: The Parliament in Riga passed a proposed constitutional amendment banning gay marriage in its second reading. The vote, 73-3 in favor, wasn\\\’t the final deciding one. Norfolk gay police officer settles suit out of court
